At Embrace The Leader Within, we use a three phase coaching process:

Phase 1 - Awareness

During the initial phase of coaching, you will be given an on-line DiSC assessment to identify your communication style and how it affects your interaction with others.  You will gain great insights into your natural tendencies and how to utilize your strengths to their greatest potential to improve communications, build strong teams and present yourself more effectively.

Phase 2 - Alignment

The second phase of the Leadership Development Program will focus on setting specific goals and designing an action plan to support you in meeting your personal and professional objectives.  You will identify your core values and beliefs and where you currently are in your career and the steps necessary to get you to where you want to be.

Phase 3 - Achievement

In phase three, we will be using a variety of coaching tools and resources to ensure goals are established and achieved.  As your coach, I will listen closely to you, respond to what I hear and ask tough questions.  Often it is the small moments that bring about BIG shifts.  You will be pushed beyond your comfort zone and held ACCOUNTABLE!  Together we will create more power for you to effect meaningful change and take dynamic actions towards your goals.
